Global REIT: Real Estate Investment Fund

The idea of Global REIT

Solving the problems of investing in real estate
Despite the fact that investing in real estate is quite promising and profitable, it's not so easy to become a participant in this particular market. This is especially true for those who are going to acquire real estate abroad, because most jurisdictions introduce significant restrictions on the purchase of real estate from foreign investors.
First of all, such restrictions are due to the fact that in most countries a foreign person can not acquire a real estate object for business purposes. Therefore, as an exit, the investor has to cooperate with citizens of the same countries as investment partners, where such restrictions do not apply.
Plus, for such investments in real estate will require the performance of various kinds of obligations - tax, accounting and registration, at least. Thus, in addition to the costs of the purchase of real estate, you have to spend a lot to formalize such an investment.
That decision, which we discussed at the beginning of the article, REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts), in principle, was created just to eliminate the above-mentioned barriers, but even such an exit as investing in real estate through the relevant funds may not be so profitable effective. And that's why.
Despite the fact that up to 90% of all the profits of such funds are distributed in the form of dividends between investors who have invested their money to invest in real estate, they receive such payments, albeit regularly, but rarely - at best once every six months, year.
On the one hand, it is a long-term investment, which provides for profit gradually, but not immediately, but the annual payment of dividends will not be suitable for everyone, so many small investors are left out. For them, the high threshold of the entrance to investment in real estate at the expense of investment trusts remains topical.
One of the main features of Global REIT, which is also one of the most important competitive advantages of the fund, is the payment of dividends from its income to all participants from holders of GREM tokens and GRET tokens every month. Thus, each investor of the Global REIT Fund will be able to make monthly profit for their contribution.
Another feature of Global REIT is the low entry threshold. Most investment trusts in real estate provide as a mandatory condition for investment of funds not lower than the threshold value, thereby depriving small investors of the opportunity to participate in the real estate market.
Participation in the real estate investment fund Global REIT provides for the purchase of GREM tokens and GRET tokens within the ICO project, with the minimum number of tokens missing.
